QUESTION

Do you travel interstate and overseas?

ANSWER

Yes and yes! We’ve got photographers and videographers based in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Brisbane, but also, we can and do go further afield. Get in touch and we’ll get packing.

QUESTION

Do I need to tell you who and what to shoot?

ANSWER

We always make sure we’re fully briefed on the particulars of your event but for the most part we work by intuition and expertise. We know how to party. And how to get the shot! If you have VIP's please list them in your brief.

Will you ask our guests to pose for shots

ANSWER

In our experience the best pics always come about by seizing the moment, rather than forcing the moment. So there’ll be no mannequin-like stagey stuff clogging up your collection.

Do you need a run sheet?

ANSWER

We do love a run sheet to help us prep for what’s coming up. We’ll ask for yours in the lead up to curtains up.

How far in advance should I book?

ANSWER

It’s best to book as soon as you have your event date confirmed, especially during peak seasons. We recommend securing your photographer at least 4-8 weeks in advance, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, depending on availability.

How many photos will I receive?

ANSWER

The number of images varies based on event length and activity, but you can generally expect approximately 80-100 edited images per hour of coverage.

When will I receive my photos?

ANSWER

Our standard turnaround is within 5 business days; however, for an additional cost, we can do on-the-day delivery upon request.
