You’d be hard pressed to find a photographer who’s more versatile or at ease in his work than William, whose portfolio is well stocked with natural, authentic, and yet very deliberate imagery.
None of this is surprising really, considering William was practically born with a camera in hand. His grandfather had a garage studio, complete with darkroom. And William’s dad (also a keen shooter) showed him more than a thing or two with his 35mm Nikons and crazy collection of
lens filters. In 2008 William transitioned to full-time professional photographer following a spell as an image editor and graphic designer.
His secret to getting a great shot? Less is more. Telling one story, with as few visual elements as possible. His guilty pleasure? Butchering his favourite songs on the guitar. His words, not ours.
